Chocolate orchid

Ingredients
125 g chocolate
125 g butter
3 eggs
50 g sugar
250 g cream
25 g sugar
2 vanilla
Method
Chocolate is broken into pieces and melt with a little water in a water bath . Add the butter pieces and 50 g of sugar. The mixture was stirred for 15 minutes, then add the egg yolks, and finally, the beaten egg whites. The resulting mixture was poured into a greased baking dish small butter and allowed December tightening in a refrigerator overnight. The next day is subtracted from the tray and the bottom is dipped in a little hot water. The cream is mixed with 25 g of sugar and vanilla and using a gun to her decorate the entire surface of the cake.

I loved the recipe! My son is a fan of all that is chocolate. I have only one question - sour cream or is liquid? Thanks for the recipe. PS: From pastry know that chocolate is melted in a water bath with oil - otherwise whiten ie loses its color.

Reni, no matter what cream. I've done it with both the taste and the effect is the same. A chocolate melt it in the way I described it.

I thought a flower would form a solid chocolate .. Is this temptation or?
