Chocolate parfait with raisins

500 ml milk
500 ml pastry cream
200 g white chocolate
20 g gelatin
10-20 biscuits
150 g raisins

Soak the raisins in warm water for several minutes. Boil the milk. Take away from the heat and put it in the chocolate, stir until melted. Leave to cool for about 5 minutes. Soak the gelatine in cold water and leave to swell. With a mixer, beat the cream until very thick cream that remains agitators. In already cool down milk dissolve the swollen gelatin. The resulting milky chocolate mixture add the cream, confusion to a smooth cream. Add the raisins. In the form of your choice pour the mixture. Top arrange biscuits. Away in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. To remove the dessert from the form, put it for 1-2 minutes in a bowl of warm water, then turn it on a tray. Optional can decorate with grated chocolate.
