Chocolate sponge cake with chocolate icing

1 and 1/4 cup flour
220 g sugar
2 tbsp unsweetened (natural) cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
2 pinches salt
1 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk or water
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 eggs
# For glaze:
2/3 cup cream (confectionery)
260 g of dark chocolate

Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir. Beat two eggs in separate bowl. Elsewhere mix the oil and water. Then mix everything in a bowl, where the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Then beating with a mixer until complete mixing of the product. Spread the bread pan with sunflower oil and pour the mixture. Advance should Preheat oven to 180 C. Bake between 35-45 minutes without opening the oven during baking by placing form the mixture in the middle. To prepare the glaze boil cream, withdraw it from the heat and add the chocolate. Then stirring well until dissolved chocolate. Waiting for the mixture to cool, might put it briefly in the refrigerator. You can then cut the cake and spread the mixture on the middle and top. If you can put the whole glaze on top. To pour the cake with icing, it must be cold.

cake get much better. With glaze'm not flooded (no cream then and why), but simply nachupih small pieces all fine milk chocolate and spray top. Thanks for the recipe!
