Chomlek - III type

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
5-6 onions
2-3 carrots
2 cloves garlic
3 bay leaves
black pepper
1 veal shank
chillies of your choice
salt
1 cup wine
butter
sunflower oil
Method
All products are cut and arranged in a pot. To put spices, wine and fat and pour the water, enough to cover the products. Cover with foil. Initially, bake at 250 C and then reduced to 150 and bake for about 2 h.
