Chopped spinach and rice

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
1/3 cup Rice
2 eggs
4 tbsp grated cheese
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp flour
sunflower oil for frying
1 tsp salt
yogurt with garlic
Method
Spinach is washed, cleaned and chopped. Stew with a little water and salt. During this time boiled rice and 1 cup water. Spinach and drain the rice. To these are added 1 egg, cheese, 2 tbsp breadcrumbs and salt to taste. It is well kneaded, formed into balls, rolled in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Serve with yogurt garlic.
