Chops with pickles

Ingredients
5-6 pork chops or chicken
1 jar (800 g) pickles
pepper, salt
flour
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
pickled mushrooms
Method
Steaks are seasoned with pepper and salt, dip in flour and lightly fry in a pan. The bottom of the glass pot is put order pickled cucumbers, mushrooms row, row steaks and so on until the end products. In the remaining oil in the pan add the marinade of pickled cucumber and mushrooms and leave to boil, then pour the steaks and put to bake about 1 hour. Optional can be added and sausage.

Very tasty dish, bravo!

Some use the juice from the jar pickles, to marinated meat, mostly pork. I have tried and I like it! Nice recipe. Will try!
