Ingredients
# For the base:
3 eggs
10 tbsp sugar (220 g)
13 tbsp sunflower oil (180 ml)
16 tbsp flour with high (300 g)
100 ml milk
10 g baking powder
# For the cream:
250 g butter (margarine can)
100 g chocolate
1 tbsp rum or rum extract - 10 drops
200 ml milk
200 g sugar
300 g coconut for rolling of mouthfuls

Method
Beat egg whites in snow and stirring gently with a spoon add the sugar, the oil, 6 tablespoons flour, egg yolks, milk, baking powder and remaining flour. Bake on a tray - 30x40 cm and 10 cm depth - covered with paper baking 180C degrees about 25-30 minutes (or until the base is separated from the walls of the tray). Allow to cool completely and cut into squares. For the cream put the butter to melt chocolate then add sugar, milk and finally the rum. Boils remove it. Each bite dip on all sides in hot cream, using a fork, gently remove the drain and oval in coconut.
