Ingredients
5 tbsp (50 g) of ground coffee
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) of water
4 tbsp (40 g) sugar
4 cloves
rind of 1 orange
3/4 cup (150 ml) rum
cream
Method
Coffee pour boiling water and after five minutes is poured into cups for serving. In each cup add 1 clovesche, 2 teaspoons sugar, a little grated orange peel and rum. Garnish with whipped cream.
