I'm rules salads Ebly (as in on, you know maybe the company), but this would not be named the BG wheat (although it is), and wheat. There is a difference as far as I know, the wheat is pre-processed. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey, what use is called the de Dinkel. You must have rights that BG is called grain. My recipe a friend gave her Italian and she confirmed that it was for the same plant.

So not wheat and spelled. This is another grain - as has rye, oats, etc., there is spelled, which is kept as a subclass of wheat, but has a completely different taste. It is not very common in BG. Its Latin name is Triticum spelta. A grain is wheat (Triticum L.) pretreated. That is. Two different things. Girlfriend confused something. We use many Dinka, and bread and flour. Bravo for the recipe.
