Ingredients
500 g sausage
4 green peppers peppers
4 red peppers pepper
1 onion
3 carrots
100 g mushrooms
dried mint
salt
150 ml red wine
olive oil

Method
Vegetables washed and cut into thin long strips. Fry in a little oil in a deep pot, recommended olive oil. Fry for 5-6 minutes, then pour the wine, put salt to taste and sprinkle little mint. Vegetables are cooked with wine about 5 minutes, then pour into a baking dish. 4 or 5 pieces boiled sausage is sliced and lightly top rank on the mixture in the pan. Bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated moderate oven.
