Cookie parfait with yogurt and figs

Ingredients
500-600 g yogurt
10 biscuits
2 vanilla
5-6 figs sweet
2 tbsp gelatin
6-8 tbsp sugar

Method
The biscuits reduced to finely, add the yogurt, sugar, vanilla and chopped fruits of figs. Finally, the gelatin was added, which was dissolved in 100-150 ml cold water in a water bath. To the mixture was added a stream of gelatin while stirring vigorously to give a homogeneous mixture. The finished mixture is placed in shape optional, after several hours is ready for consumption. Serve chilled and well-gelled.

is how 2c. l gelatin will tight so much milk ... I just unreal will try but with 2 packets of gelatin :)

Great biscuit parfait do it for the second time, this time I put a banana and I poured caramel. Home much like today I was able to do before and photos to be over .. greetings to the author :)

2pak. gelatin = 2sup. spoons, so that will toughen milk pamelitkaa, and you will take the biscuit.
