Cream of cottage cheese with coffee

Ingredients
125 ml milk
3 tsp finely ground coffee
3/4 - 1 cup sugar
500 g cottage cheese
3 tbsp rum or cognac
# For garnish:
chocolate bars
well toasted coffee beans
Method
Gets cooked in sweetened milk coffee. Once cool, add the cottage cheese and rum. Mix with mixer and the resulting cream is poured into champagne glasses. Once cool garnish with chocolate sprinkles and in the middle put one grain of coffee.
