Ingredients
600 g carrots
1 onion
150 ml cream
1 L broth
1/3 cup rice
1 tomato
1 tbsp honey
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
30 g cashew
1 sprig fresh onion

Method
Chop into cubes and zadushva in the butter until soft in a deep saucepan. To it was added coarsely chopped carrots, broth, honey, lemon juice and grated tomato. The soup boil until tender carrots. Passaged and slightly cooled. Thereto was slowly added the cream, stirring continuously. Finally, add pre-cooked rice and soup returns to cook for a few minutes. Serve hot, sprinkled with black pepper, cashew nuts and green onions.
