Ingredients
500 g onion
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cup milk
1 tbsp toasted flour
pepper
cheese
salt
Method
Chop the onion slices and stew in the oil and a little water. When softened make 1 cup water, add salt and boil on low heat for 20 minutes. Blend, add milk, and when it boils - and toasted flour, fuzzy little lukewarm water. Boil for 20 minutes. Serve with grated cheese and black pepper.
