Cream soup of peas - II type

Ingredients
450 g of frozen peas
1 carrot
1-2 stalks celery
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
salt
1-2 tbsp butter
cayenne or smoked paprika ( optional)

Method
Peas put in 500 ml boiling water. Add the carrot and celery and cook until ready. Onion stew in the butter. Add the garlic and fry for about 1 minute. All products were combined and then passaged smoothness by adding hot water to obtain the desired density. Optional can be served with toasted bacon, diced fried smoked ham (or other smoked meat) or croutons and sprinkle with dill and parmesan cheese (or other flavorful cheese).
