Cream soup of potatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
3 tbsp rice
1 egg
3 tbsp yogurt
1 cup sliced ​​marinated mushrooms
2 tbsp vegeta or spices of your choice
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
2-3 celery leaves
2-3 leaves lovage

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces and place in about 2 liters of boiling water. After about 15 minutes add the washed rice, spices (maybe dried), the oil and boil until ready rice - about 20 minutes. If necessary, make more water. Once you pass a cool, add the mushrooms and thicken with beaten egg with yogurt. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Maggie always suggest many good recipes and despite gaffe;) supichkata was very tasty! I had fresh mushrooms and choked them with a clove of garlic, this is the only difference.
