Cream soup of vegetables, mushrooms and vermicelli

Ingredients
3-4 potatoes
carrots 2
1 stalk leek
200 g mushrooms
vermicelli
4 tbsp yogurt
1 egg
chicken broth
pepper
1 tsp flour
Method
Vegetables are washed, cut and cook. They are ready add vermicelli. As the soup is ready to bind with milk, egg and spoon flour. Blend and add croutons.
