What is the role of yeast? Very strange and unnatural it seems to me ...

Very good question. Maybe give it flavor, similar to that when cooking with beer? I think it will sour and slightly to bitterness and a kind of unusual spice. Very curious. But it is only a guess.

And now? Interesting ?! Yeast soup? And why? If you a little more info :) There was a pie ready peel and again with yeast, and this is the second recipe which surprises me :)

will not be bitter or sour. I've done hundreds of times and continue. Eat it from small. My taste qualities are well developed, eat only at home that you and I cook :) but if by my wife.

This for kiseleeneto bitter and not an insult, scabies, and bitter sage, and lemon is sour, but we love them. Just trying to imagine the taste. :-)
