Crispy cookies

1 1/2 cups soft butter
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp liquid vanilla
5 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

In a large bowl, break the butter and sugar until smooth cream. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour mixed with baking powder and salt and knead the dough. Bends and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (or overnight). oven heated to 200C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface, as thick as you want to be fat cookies (I raztochih pretty thin - about 3 mm because I love cookies are thin and crispy). Cut out cookies with cutters. Bake 6-8 minutes (until the edges become slightly brown). * 1 cup = 240 ml
