Ingredients
4-5 apples
1 tsp cinnamon
4-5 tbsp sugar
5-6 biscuits
2 tbsp butter (margarine)

Method
Peel apples, cut into pieces cooked with very little water and pureed. In hot butter fry crushed cracker crumbs and sugar mixed with cinnamon. In deep cocktail glass (or ice cream) rows are arranged fried crumbs and applesauce. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with a bit of fried bread crumbs.
