Method
Carrots are placed in 1 liter of water and boil 10 minutes. Allow to cool in the water as it is added, and oats. Tomatoes, cucumber and garlic cut into pieces. Put them in carrots, add the green spices and everything is pureed. Finally, mix the olive oil.
