Dolmas with sauerkraut and minced meat

1 sour cabbage
1 onion
1 carrot
6-7 jar of mushrooms
400 g minced meat
1/3 cup Rice
savory, mint, cumin, paprika, black pepper, salt
vegetable broth
bay leaf
3-4 tbsp tomato paste
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
sunflower oil

Clean and wash the large leaves of cabbage . Chopped onions and mushrooms. Grated carrot. Mince away with a little water. Stew the onions, mushrooms and carrots in a large skillet. Then add the red pepper, tomato paste and soy sauce. Stir and add the minced meat, broth (crumble these) and spices. Stirring about 5 minutes and add the washed rice. After another 1-2 minutes, remove from the heat. Wrap the dolmas and arrange them in a clay cook everything in a saucepan. Pounded them with a plate and pour them a cabbage juice and water (1: 1) to flood the dolmas. Bake in a moderate oven for about 2 hours. Spices are optional, I add in set products.

Hello, beginner cooks, this recipe is absurd! - Soy sauce, vegetable broth, salt and salty sauerkraut! - May will become salty!
Leave only as cabbage and a little salt, remove the carrots, mushrooms jar, mint, cumin, bay leaf and parsley, others mix it well and confused, not stew and fry anything for two hours baking everything will zgotvi healthy.

Male and I cook for the first time and I made this recipe ... Many were delicious (and made by me :) guests were welcomed them all and licked his fingers :)
