Dolmas Surprise

Ingredients
1 kg pork
1 stalk leek
50 ml wine
1 tsp red pepper
pepper
salt
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 sour cabbage
Method
Cut the meat into cubes. Fry, add the chopped leeks and wine. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper and a little water up to pozadushi meat. Furling dolmas and arrange in a baking dish. Make a little water and cover with foil and bake for about an hour in a moderate oven.
