Like dried mackerel salad - II type

Ingredients
5 like dried mackerel
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
3 tbsp (30 ml) vinegar
1/4 bunch of dill
Method
Mackerel are crushed with wooden hammer and bake BBQ plate or on the stove or stove, taking care not to burn. Peeled skin and bones were removed. Then the meat is chopped into small pieces, pour vegetable with butter and vinegar, sprinkle with finely chopped dill and let stand for 6-9 hours. During this time, it takes part of the topping and softens.
