Method
Fillets are Wash, dry and cleaned from the skins. Salted and sprinkled with pepper and paprika. Put them in a bowl and sprinkled with olive oil. Leave for a few hours to be seasoned well. Then heated pan, fillets baked in it, taking care - should remain pink inside, to be really juicy and tasty. For this purpose fillets bake under cover no more than 3-4 minutes on each side. Once baked, allow to rest. If blueberries are frozen, it should be caramelized, pan is heated, pour sugar in it, then add it and thawed blueberries. The mixture was stirred continuously, so as not to burn the sugar. At the end of caramelized added and wine. The resulting sauce should be of medium density. If blueberries are sweet, then the only thing to do is to warm sweet and add wine. The density must be the same. Already finished fillets are topped with the sauce and serve.
