Duck with eggplant

Ingredients
600 g of duck meat
80 g butter
50 g onion
40 g flour
200 g tomatoes
600 g eggplant
paprika
parsley
salt
Method
Duck cut into portions and fry gently. Add chopped onion and when he softened add the flour, paprika and peeled, cleaned of seeds and finely chopped tomatoes.
