Easter chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken
30 g butter
100 g onion
100 g carrots
50 g celery
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp flour
3 yolks
200 ml white wine
200 g yogurt
1 lemon
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper
salt
Method
Chicken cut into portions and place in a pan with preheated oil and a little water and stew until pinking. Add chopped onions, then strangling him - carrots and celery.
