To prepare eclairste put water in a saucepan, butter and salt and bring to a boil. Then add the flour, nettle, dried onion and pepper. Stir with a wooden spoon until it forms a ball. Cool for 2-3 minutes and add the eggs one at a time as stirring. Shape the mixture balls using a spoon. Eclairste bake at 180C (fan) for about 30 minutes. For the filling grate Scamorzza and add processed cheese and chopped parsley. Eclairste cut in two and put the filling. * Feel the sweetness that gives dried onions and smoky flavor Scamorzza! * The dish combines well with a glass of chilled Chardonnay. * eclairste idea is borrowed from the magazine * Menu *.

Many times looking for a suitable salt stuffing for pastry! I finally found her! Great idea! :)

Sunny Day!

What is this *Scamorzza* and can be found in Bulgaria?

Hello, Scamorzza is an Italian cheese that is most often made with cow's milk and is extremely popular and known cheese in Italy. You can find it in Metro.

Nice day!

Can he be replaced by a similar and more popular (in BG)?

Can replace Scamorzza cheese or cheese.

Thanks to the information Marina! Italian cheese will clearly need to replace it with ours. And the dried nettle her prized. Powdered they always add the mixture of colored salt. Not occurred to me to use it in the dough. Surely try!

I often you add in the dough for bread or pizza. It tasty :)
