Egg dish KARAKACHAN

Ingredients
3 cups fine cornmeal
180 g butter
200 g feta cheese
500 g strained yogurt myalo
4-5 eggs
1 onion
100-150 g cheese
salt
savory
paprika
Method
On the evening boiled hominy from the cornmeal 7 cups water and salt. To well cooked polenta is added half of the shredded feta cheese and bread is formed. The next day kachamak cut into slices and fry in hot butter. Half of the slices are arranged in a buttered baking dish and spread them on fried in butter onions, mixed with the remaining feta cheese, red pepper and savory. Cover with the other slices. Top spread yogurt on which bump up the eggs. Put it in a very hot oven and bake. Immediately after removing egg dish sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheese and savory.
