Ingredients
1-2 eggplants
200 g cottage cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp semolina
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 cloves garlic
parsley
salt
flour
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Eggplant Peel and cut into small cubes. Salt and allowed to grow bitter juice. Then fry with a little sunflower oil and allowed to cool. The cottage cheese is mixed with semolina, eggs, baking soda, chopped garlic and chopped parsley. To the mixture is added eggplant and salt it. Mix everything well. With spoon scoops of the mixture and put on board thoroughly sprinkled with flour. Carefully shape the meatballs and fry in oil over medium heat on both sides.
