Fish podluchen tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg of hake, mackerel, hake, beard or other fish without head
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
3 tbsp (30 ml) milk
5 cloves garlic
500 g red tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
1/2 bunch parsley
650 g potatoes
1 lemon
salt
black pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned of skin and bones, washed well, cut into portions, add salt, pour in some of the fat and place in the oven to seal. Separately sauce made from fat, crushed garlic, milk, peeled and chopped tomatoes, parsley and white wine. Fish pour prepared sauce and bake another 10 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes, fried in butter, lemon and parsley.
