Ingredients
500 g fillet of zander
200 g couscous
1 onion
apple 1
2 pickles
4-5 anchovy fillets
2 tbsp mustard
1 orange
2 boiled eggs
sunflower oil
salt
pepper
sugar
Method
Fish Boil (without razvaryava), drained of water and broken into pieces. Finely chopped anchovies, apple, pickles and onions. Cous-Kusa is boiled and ready to be mixed with all cut products.
