Ingredients
4 eggs
20 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) powdered sugar
1 tbsp (10 ml) rum
pinch of salt
Method
Egg whites are broken down into hard snow. The yolks were broken with a pinch of salt and sugar to give a foam, and added egg whites. The butter is melted, spread the mixture on top and fry on low heat. In this raised edges of the omelet to not proceed dough into omelet. Fried omelet is folded in half, put in a heated bowl, pour in a hot rum, light and serve immediately.
