Frankfurt rice

Ingredients
500 g rice
200 g onion
100 g salo
sausage or skinless sausages
Method
Cut into small pieces salo fry with chopped onion julienne. Add well-washed rice and fry until translucent. Pour 1.5 liters of hot water, salt and boil to soften rice. Sausage (the skinless sausages) was cut into pieces and add to the rice. Allow to boil some more.
