Fried apples in dough

Ingredients
4 apples
cinnamon
sugar
frying fat
3/4 cup (150 g) flour
lager
yolk 1
2 egg whites
salt

Method
Beat on medium thick porridge flour, egg yolk, 1 tsp (5 g) of sugar, salt and beer and leave to rest for about half an hour in a warm place. Before using the mixture, add the beaten egg whites to stiff. Seminal part of peeled apples removed apples are cut into rings 1 cm thick, dip in batter, fry on both sides in sunflower oil, removed and sprinkled with sugar, stirred with cinnamon.

Just because it is fried, not because of anything else :)

I add a little brandy in the dough and does not take so fat. Apples must be acidic. I tried to bake a few slices in a small pan to see what happens, but it was a failure and no other reason but because of my negligence. Had to oiled paper and add a little oil in the mixture or to sprinkle on top. But I ate it :) Next time will be correct!
