Ingredients
1 kg Brussels sprouts
2-3 eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup flour
500 g yogurt
2-3 cloves garlic
dill
salt

Method
Sprout cook steam. Add salt and PANIC in flour, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and eggs again. Fry in hot oil over (maybe in the fryer). Serve with seasoned with crushed garlic, salt and dill yogurt.
