Ingredients
500 g of fresh mushrooms mushrooms
300 g carrots
1 large onion
100 g peeled sunflower seeds
olive oil or sunflower oil
parsley
salt
pepper
cumin
Method
In depth Court choking heat olive oil. Chop in large pieces and slightly fry. Add chopped medium-thick slices of mushrooms and carrots. Vegetables are steamed. Ten minutes before removing from heat add sunflower seeds and flavored with pepper and cumin. Toppings are served hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
