Gratin of hake

Ingredients
500 g of hake
500 g potatoes
4 eggs
2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
sunflower oil
1 bay leaf
Method
Hake is cleared and is boiled for 10 minutes in salted water with the bay leaf. Cleared of bones and broken into small pieces. Cook potatoes, peel, cut into slices and mix with the fish. Pour into pan, add pepper and 5-6 tbsp sunflower oil and stirred. Eggs broken with yogurt and flour, add salt to taste. Pour over the white sauce and bake.
