Herbal vinegar

Ingredients
500 ml light, mild vinegar
2 sprigs rosemary
5 sprigs thyme
2 tbsp mixed black, white and pink pepper

Method
Herbs are washed and dried, put straight into the vinegar. After about a week aroma is ripe. Used without the herbs draw. May in time make up. For salads, meats, marinades, sauces and mayonnaise cold.

Aliana, can you use dried herbs or only fresh?

You can, but it will take larger quantities of the same intensity. Equal parts crushed rosemary and crushed thyme, maybe two tablespoons Fallen leaves in dishes to Nogent eliminated.

I bought herbal vinegar shop, but yours is better :)
