Horticultural soup with vermicelli

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes, diced
1 carrot, cut into rings
2 onions, cut into large julienne
1/2 cup peas
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup diced zucchini
1 tomato, shredded
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup vermicelli
salt
celery
pinch savory
parsley

Method
Onions and carrots are placed in boiling water and after tender add the potatoes, courgettes, peas, tomatoes, spices and noodles. When all the products are soft add the broccoli and after 5-7 minutes remove the soup from the heat. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Wonderful camp, but I used 1 package frozen *Vegetable soup. Thanks for the recipe!

I did it the *diet* - without potatoes and noodles instead of salt - 2 diced mushroom broth and 1. L. Oil. I really like these vegetable soups!

In addition to the above products added pepper, cabbage and garlic.

Ina, very healthy soup you received! At home, unfortunately, will not like this ...

do not give up and your option. Just used it as a *fasting day*.

Today I made soup with small changes :) VERY tasty.

cooked January last night and it was very tasty. Broccoli florets missed and did thickener with an egg and 4-5 with. L. Yogurt. Became gorgeous, but cold is even more delicious :)
