Hot coleslaw

Ingredients
500 g cabbage
40 g salo
vinegar
salt
sugar
cumin
Method
Finely chopped cabbage is placed in a small amount of boiling salted water, add sugar and cumin, boil for a few minutes and stew a very low heat until soft. Hot salad arranged in salad and pour with fried, diced salo.
