Hungarian dessert

Ingredients
250 g cottage cheese
250 g ready peel
150 g raisins
125 g butter
100 g sugar
3 eggs
vanilla 2

Method
Separate one egg white spreads. The cottage cheese mixed with raisins, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Peel spread 2 2 smeared with butter, put a pad, turn to roll and arrange in a buttered baking dish. Top is brushed with beaten egg-white, sprinkled with remaining melted butter and cook in the oven. Consumed warm.
