Ingredients
1 kg veal
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
200 g smoked bacon
2-3 carrots
8 small onions
200 g mushrooms
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 tbsp flour
1 pm .ch. dry white wine
1 cup beef bouillon
salt
Method
The meat is washed, dried and cut into chunks that are smothered in the heated sunflower oil. Remove and drain the fat. Bacon cut into small pieces and fry in the same fat. Remove and drain well. Meat and bacon are placed in a deep pan, add sliced ​​carrots, cut in halves and onion heads well go all the mushrooms (if a large cut in two). Sprinkle with salt and thyme. Wine and broth mix and beat with flour to a smooth mixture is poured over the meat and vegetables. The dish is covered with a lid and bake about 90 minutes in preheated oven.
