Jam damsons

Ingredients
1 kg ripe damsons
600 g sugar
1/2 tsp citric acid

Method
Giancana washed and cut into four pieces. Sprinkle with sugar and stay two hours to put your juice. Add 100 ml water and sweet boil to thicken the syrup. Before you remove from heat and add the melted citric acid. Pour in dry and warm jars. Seal and turn to cool. Durability 1 year.

Add vanilla and clove and geranium. Finally, instead of citric acid, add the juice of half a lemon.
