Ingredients
1 kg green tomatoes
1 lemon
900 g sugar
2 vanilla
Method
Tomatoes are placed in a little boiling water and then immediately in cold water. Peel and cut into quarters. Put them in a big bowl with sliced ​​lemon and mixed with vanilla sugar. So remain for 10-12 hours and then boiled for about 40 minutes. Embankment in jars and sterilized for 5-10 minutes.
