Juicy chicken breast

Ingredients
750 g chicken breasts
2 tbsp vinegar or red wine
3 tbsp dried herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, crushed bay leaf, etc.)
2 tbsp mustard
2 tsp garlic or onion powder
1/4 cup olive oil
salt, pepper

Method
All products, except the chicken, mix. Chicken breasts are coated evenly with the marinade. Leave to stand in a refrigerator at least 8 hours or were frozen for up to 2 weeks. Bake on the grill or BBQ for about 4 minutes per side or in the oven at 190C degrees for about 15 minutes.
