Ingredients
200 g mashed potatoes
200 g potatoes
50 g starch
120 g fried bread cubes
Method
To mashed potatoes add grated and juiced potato starch. Kneaded to a dough which is shaped balls. In the center of each ball, an indentation in which is placed the fried cubes of bread. Boil on low heat. Kept in water to their ascent. Serve warm.
