1/2 dry kozunak
800 ml milk
1 and 1/3 cup sugar + more 100 g of caramel

Burned 100 g of sugar in a pan. Arrange slices on top kozunak with about 1 cm thick. Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar, add vanilla and milk. Pour smestva on the kozunak. Leave it to stand for 10-15 minutes to allow the kozunak to absorb the liquid. Put to bake in another pan in a water bath in a preheated 160 degrees oven. The finished cake is cooled well and turns into a suitable tray. * I used a rectangular tray to make it easier to order the kozunak. Tray size is 30h20.
