Language with butter

Ingredients
1 beef tongue
2 eggs
200 g peas
salt
30-40 g butter
Method
The language is cleaned and boiled in salted water. Once cool, cut into slices and arrange on a plate. The pieces are arranged so as to obtain the shape of the tongue. On both sides ranks smothered in the butter peas. Boil eggs, finely and sprinkle on the tongue. Everything watered with Overdone butter.
