Lasagna rolls with cheese sauce

Ingredients
12 sheets of lasagna
250 g minced meat
1 onion
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
30 g butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cup milk
cheese 50 g
Method
Onion Peel and chop onion. Fry gently in the heated sunflower oil. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Cook it while mince become loose, stirring. In another court becomes heated the butter and gradually pour the flour, stirring vigorously. Trickle pour warm milk, stirring continued. When the sauce thickens, and put cheese. Sheet for lasagna is cooked to the indication on the packaging. In the middle of each sheet is put in 1-2 tbsp of sauce and a bit of minced meat. Wound on rolls. At the bottom of a fireproof container pour a little of cheese sauce on it rank rolls and pour the rest of the sauce. Dish bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
